home remedies for cold sores?

i have a cold sore on my bottom lip, it was tingly yesterday and now u can see it. any home remedies that will help? i dont have any money to get anything at the store right now. i would like for it to go away in the next day or so! thanks for your help!

garlic is a strong anti viral but you gotta crush it, and eat it raw. It might help putting it on, not sure…. Apple cider is also an antiviral, use the Bragg’s organic one is the best… Sleep lots, so it doesn’t return, it will never leave in a day though… Strong b12 vitamin helps, that is 1000-5000 mg….
